Terms Overview

The rules for using MyBuzzPost

Applies to every account, subscription plan, and connected social channel on MyBuzzPost.

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a plain-language agreement between you and MyBuzzPost. They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how billing, accounts, and connected social platforms work. By creating an account or using any part of MyBuzzPost, you agree to these Terms.

1. Do these Terms apply to you?

Yes — if you sign up for an account, start a free trial, or use any MyBuzzPost feature, these Terms apply to you automatically. Creating an account or clicking "I agree" confirms that you've read and accepted them. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the service, and feel free to reach out with questions before signing up.

2. Who can use MyBuzzPost?

You need to be at least 16 years old, or older if your local law sets a higher age for entering agreements online. If you're signing up on behalf of a company or team, you're confirming that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. What are you responsible for with your account?

Your account is yours to keep secure. That means:

  • Using a real, working email address and keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Telling us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Not sharing a single paid seat across multiple unrelated people or businesses
  • Keeping your billing and contact details accurate and current

4. How do subscriptions and billing work?

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Charges are processed through our payment partners; we never see or store your full card number. A few things worth knowing:

  • Prices and plan features can change; we'll give you notice before a renewal is affected
  • Downgrading or canceling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period, unless required by law
  • Failed payments may pause access to paid features until billing is resolved
  • Free trials convert to a paid plan automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends

5. What can't I do on MyBuzzPost?

To keep the platform usable and safe for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Use MyBuzzPost to post spam, malware, or content that breaks the law
  • Try to bypass rate limits, scrape the platform, or reverse-engineer the software
  • Impersonate another person or brand without authorization
  • Interfere with the service's normal operation or another user's access to it
  • Violate the rules of any connected social platform through content you schedule or publish

6. Who's responsible for what happens on connected platforms?

MyBuzzPost connects to third-party platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, and WhatsApp — through their official APIs, so you can schedule and publish from one place. Two things follow from that:

  • You're responsible for following each platform's own terms and community guidelines for whatever you publish through us
  • We don't control those platforms, so we can't guarantee uninterrupted access if they change their API, rate limits, or policies

7. Who owns the content I upload or schedule?

You do. Uploading images, captions, videos, or other material to MyBuzzPost doesn't transfer ownership to us. You're only granting us the limited technical permission needed to store, process, and publish that content to the destinations you choose — nothing more.

8. Can I copy or resell MyBuzzPost's software?

No. The MyBuzzPost platform, including its interface, code, and branding, is our property (or licensed to us). Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service — it doesn't give you the right to copy, resell, sublicense, or build a competing product from it.

9. Is MyBuzzPost guaranteed to always be available?

We work to keep MyBuzzPost fast and reliable, but like any online service, occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control can happen. We may also add, change, or retire features over time as the product evolves.

10. What happens if something goes wrong?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBuzzPost isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — like lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the service. We provide MyBuzzPost "as is," without guaranteeing it will be error-free or fit for every specific purpose.

11. Can I cancel, and can MyBuzzPost close my account?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in illegal activity, and we'll try to give notice first whenever the situation allows it.

12. Will these Terms ever change?

Occasionally, yes. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know directly. Continuing to use MyBuzzPost after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. How do I ask a question about these Terms?

Email us and we'll get back to you:
