If a subscription plan expires and is not renewed, MyBuzzPost automatically deletes the associated influencer account and user personal account 90 days after the plan ends. This includes profile details, login credentials, and any personal information tied to that account.

Along with the account itself, deletion removes all associated content stored on MyBuzzPost, including:

• Images uploaded or scheduled through the platform
• Videos uploaded or scheduled through the platform
• Other files, captions, and scheduling data linked to the account

You don't have to wait for the automatic 90-day process. You can request immediate deletion of your account and content, or disconnect a specific social platform integration, by contacting us at support@nakoatech.com. Include the email address on your account so we can verify the request.

When you disconnect a social account (such as Facebook or Instagram) or your MyBuzzPost account is deleted, we remove the access tokens and any cached data pulled from that platform's API. This does not delete content that has already been published to your social profile directly on that platform — you manage that content through the platform itself.

We may retain minimal billing and transaction records after account deletion where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. This retained data is not used for any other purpose.
